Le bouton en bronze s'adapte à toutes les tailles de couvercles en fonte Field, du n°6 au n°12. Il est interchangeable avec le bouton en fonte standard d'origine et résiste à la chaleur du four, idéal pour la cuisson et le mijotage en cocotte, ainsi que pour toute cuisson sur cuisinière.
