Spatule à crêpes

It’s handled a week of pancakes, burgers, and a massive hash-brown batch without bending or warping once, and the 3x5 size fits my cast iron skillet perfectly. The high-carbon steel gives it a nice, solid heft that makes flipping feel deliberate.
