No.12 Cast Iron Skillet

This pan is a beast—I made a full sheet-pan pizza and then breakfast for four the next morning without a single thing sticking, thanks to that pre-seasoned and polished surface. The single handle makes it surprisingly easy to maneuver even when it's loaded, and cleanup was just a quick wipe.

The polished surface is noticeably smoother than my old pan, and the pre-seasoning held up great after three breakfasts of eggs and bacon. That 13-inch diameter means I actually fit six pancakes at once, which is a game changer for Sunday mornings.
