No.10 Skillet & Lid Set

I’ve been using this skillet every night for a week and the self-basting lid is the real deal—my pork chops come out juicier than anything I’ve made in a regular pan. The whole set is heavy but balanced, and you can feel the quality in the cast iron.

The lid fits so snugly you can practically hear the moisture cycling back onto the food—my stew came out tender without a single stir. The knob being solid cast iron means I can grab it with a mitt and toss the whole thing in the oven, which is exactly what I wanted.
