No.12 Skillet & Lid Set

The lid’s self-basting ridges really do the trick—my pot roast came out juicier than anything I’ve made in a Dutch oven. The whole set feels solid and hefty, and knowing the knob is cast iron too means I can toss it in the oven without a second thought.

I’ve been using this skillet daily for a month and the 13 3/8” lid fits so snug that steam barely escapes. The whole thing—even the knob—is solid cast iron, and the seasoning has held up beautifully through plenty of cornbread and braises.
