The 9x16½ surface is a game-changer for weekend breakfasts—I fit eight pancakes at once and they all cooked evenly across both burners. The machining is smooth enough that cleanup takes under a minute, even after eggs.
The machined surface is so smooth that I actually got a perfect sear on my first try, no sticky spots at all. At 16 and a half inches long, I can fit six pancakes at once across both burners, which means breakfast is done in one batch instead of three.
