The Dutch oven includes a 10 ¼” self-basting lid, which also fits the No.8 skillet. All products are cast iron, pre-seasoned for naturally non-stick performance. Made in USA.
The seasoning took to it beautifully out of the box, and that 4.5-quart capacity handles a whole chicken with room for veggies. I've used both pieces three times this week; the self-basting lid keeps everything moist without me fussing over it.
The lid fitting both the skillet and the dutch oven is genius—I use it as a cover for one while the other simmers. Seasoning took to it fast and cleanup’s been a breeze so far.
